Top For Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury

In our 30th year, Barratts are delighted that legal guide, Chambers & Partners https://chambers.com/legal-guide/uk-1, have ranked us in their 1st band for both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. We believe we are the only firm to have been named top for personal injury and medical claims by both Chambers and Legal 500 https://www.legal500.com/united-kingdom-solicitors/  every year since the firm began 30 years ago. 

Our Clinical Negligence solicitors are the only solicitors firm named top in this field in 2021 for Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic accolade, not least because Chambers & Partners  rely on independent reviews from medical experts, clients, other solicitors and barristers. Julie Hardy gets special mention for her expertise in medical claims, as does Emma Zukowska.

Our Personal Injury solicitors are also ranked top for their work helping severely injured clients after accidents, criminal assaults, fatal claims and industrial diseases. Both David Tomlinson and Ed Myers are recognised for their work with brain and spinal injured clients and serious accidents.

This announcement follows on from our recent post about Legal 500, which also just named us 1st for personal injury and medical claims. Our posts have always highlighted why we think Barratts offers a very different service for injured clients.
